1. Open to existing certificate households (Winner gets 2026 Maintenance, & 2026 Pool Use Invoices Paid)
2. Open to existing Sponsored Membership households (Winners gets their 2026 Sponsored Invoice Paid)
3. Open to all others who might be interested in joining the association
(If you live within the Cuyahoga Manor Subdivision #2 and do not currently hold a certificate in good standing you must make arrangement to purchase one to claim the Prize)
