Pool usage fees may be increased by CMRA board members up to the US rate of inflation as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The CMRA board is to use the March CPI to adjust the pool usage fees. Any increase above the annual CPI rate must be approved by a vote at an all certificate members meeting.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for March 2025 was 2.4%. The rate increase will be reflected in the 2026 Pool Use Invoice that will be mailed out in March of 2026.
